About the No To Big Tech Movement

This is a small, people-powered movement that was setup with a few objectives in mind:

  1.  Raise awareness of the problems with Big Tech
  2.  Provide a platform and community to help people leave Big Tech
  3.  Encourage people to make the connection between Big Tech and the rise of authoritarianism (see Donald Trump and the US)
  4.  Empower people to use their voice to make a difference - leave Big Tech, support the ethical alternatives
  5.  Be inclusive of anyone who wants to become a part of the movement
  6.  Be decentralised in its setup - no dictatorship, no posturing, no people platforming to raise their profile... a movement that is agile and fluid in its approach
